Catalyst management consultants (CMC) is a confidential UK service, primarily, but not exclusively, for owners of small to medium sized businesses, focusing on the subject headings listed below. All of CMC’s partners have a strong entrepreneurial background as well as having experience as employees in both large corporates covering a wide sector range and in government.

CMC has grown through personal recommendation and does not advertise either itself or its former clients when seeking business. CMC exists to help clients achieve their objectives as soon as is practicable.

If you contact us you will find we first offer an hour’s free consultation at an agreed venue. The purpose of this is to see if we are the right people for you. This is a two-way process where you will decide if you like us and might wish to work with us and we decide if we have the appropriate expertise you are seeking (if we are not suitable for you we will suggest an alternative).
